Swell Pitch is operated by ScubaDev ("Swell Pitch," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what we collect when you use swellpitch.com, Funnel Finder, our appointment scheduler, and related pitch or report pages, and how we use and protect that information.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: website address, business email, answers about your offer and sales goals, corrections you make to our site read, appointment details, and messages you send us.
- Public website information: pages, text, headings, metadata, colors, and other publicly available content from the business website you ask Funnel Finder to review.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, page interactions, security signals, and basic diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.
- Generated information: analysis, lead-magnet concepts, mockups, scores, pricing, reports, and internal notes created from the information above.
How we use information
We use information to read the website you submit, verify your business email, generate and deliver your pitch, provide reports and appointment scheduling, respond to requests, prevent abuse, improve the service, maintain records, and discuss or deliver a build you choose to purchase.
AI and automated processing
Funnel Finder uses automated website analysis and artificial intelligence to summarize public site content and generate recommendations. Automated results can be incomplete or wrong. We may review generated results and associated inputs to improve quality, investigate errors, and support a requested build.
Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, website crawling, AI analysis, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, security, and customer management. These may include infrastructure providers, Firecrawl, OpenAI, Resend, and GoHighLevel. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain pitch and project records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, or object to certain uses, by emailing nick@lagunafoundry.com. California residents may also request to know, delete, or correct covered personal information and may exercise applicable opt-out and non-discrimination rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Cookies, children, and international use
We may use essential cookies or similar storage for security, preferences, and service operation. Swell Pitch is intended for business users and not for children under 13. If you use the service outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
